Hard drive crashes are extremely unpleasant, but they happen. We are here to help with data recovery, data transfer and OS installation on a new hard drive. There are many factors to consider when replacing a hard drive including type, speed and size. Some systems have multiple hard drives and require additional configuration or setup for applications and data separation. We are experts and can happily guide you through the process to make it less painful.

We perform diagnostics, system inspection and troubleshooting to investigate hard drive failures or operating system boot failures. OS corruption can appear to be a faulty hard drive, but the drive may be healthy. A hard drive may also be failing and causing boot failures. If the system won't power on at all or even turn on to boot up, allow you to go into BIOS, that's a different issue.

The motherboard could be faulty or it could simply be a bad piece of RAM or a bad memory port. Those do require manual physical testing and part swapping versus a computer diagnostic test ran at startup or from a recovery environment or diagnostic boot disk.

We replace laptop screen and perform laptop touchscreen replacements for major name brand laptop manufacturers. If you have a damaged screen or cracked laptop screen, we can replace it for you with the correct part. Most repairs are completed within a week depending on parts availability and shipping or delivery times after the part is ordered.

We offer printer troubleshooting and printer replacements for inkjet printers, laser jet printers  and scanners. Printers have wireless connection issues sometimes and need to be reconnected to the wireless network. Our services include correcting printing issues, clogged print heads, printer alignment problems, page smudges and faded printing.
